On March 11, 2010, CSPN and Panasonic jointly hold a Signing Ceremony in Beijing to declare their conclusion of deep strategic partner relationship. Mr. Tao Wei, the president of CSPN general operator - China Global Sports Media Co., Ltd. and Mr. Onishi Ayuta, the managing director of Broadcast Systems Sales Company of Panasonic, signed a cooperation framework agreement and answered questions posed by the reporters on the spot. It is said that the Panasonic will provide CSPN the most advanced equipments and technology (especially its first-class H.264 capabilities) to support CSPN needs on its report and broadcast of such great competitions as the World Cup, Asia Games etc. The parties will endeavor to set up a HD/SD integrated system to push the development of CSPN digital updating and reforming.
